The Dorilton
Architecture in New York runs the gamut from classic traditional to modern. There is a building, The Doriltion, on W 71st at Broadway that is wonderful. It is in the Beaux Arts style.

The Dorilton was built in 1902 to house artists and musicians. There are probably very few artists and musicians who could afford to live there today.The Dorilton
Apartments in the building have large, spacious rooms, many have bay windows. The apartments go for between $1.5 and $3.3 million. The Dorilton is an exuberant, romantic building.
