Toulouse-Lautrec

Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec's paintings of hedonistic late 19th century Paris are legendary.  He was very drawn to Montmartre, an area of Paris known for its bohemian lifestyle - it was frequented by many artists, writers, and philosophers. He died tragically at only 36, but left an impressive artistic legacy.

The Ballerina Project

Some of you may have already heard about the talented photographer, Dane Shitagi, and his body of work The Ballerina Project.  If not, you're in for a treat.  Using traditional film equipment (not digital), he captures dancers in cityscapes, mostly Boston and New York City. His work is available for sale here.
